treatments more than five times

​during 5months, please contact us.There is a book of 5 or 10 coupons.

First visit fee：¥1,000

revisit fee：¥1,000 (If you revisit here more than 6months later from the last time you visited )

Example: first visit (10/Oct.)→ revisit (1/May)・・・charge revisit fee

first visit (10/Oct.)→ revisit (1/January)・・・no need to pay revisit fee
